Please Help Preserve Our Park

Historic Arnolds Park, Inc. is a proud institution with a storied history. It includes the Iowa Great Lakes Maritime Museum, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Queen II excursion boat, Preservation Plaza, the Majestic Pavilion, the Roof Garden and the Queen's Court. While collectively these entities remain one of Okoboji's trademark experiences, they need your support to remain so in perpetuity.

The goal is to Preserve Our Park. It was saved in 1999, but subsequent operations created $1.5 million debt and a need for $500,000 annual borrowing to get through the non-revenue producing months. The debt was eliminated in January 2008 with the "Sustain Our Park" fundraising efforts. Additional funds will be dedicated to capital improvements for the park's complex on West Lake Okoboji.
